These Corvair Preservation Foundation bylaws were approved by the CPF Board of Directors by way of Motion CPF 2024-01. The votes were counted on June 22, 2024. 8 directors voted in favor of the motion, 2 voted against and 1 abstained for a total of 11.  (There was one vacancy on the board at that time, accounting for 12 board seats altogether).   On July 2, 2024, at a regular monthly meeting, the board of directors voted unanimously to make minor edits  recommended by the author, Dr. David Dean, to clarify procedures set forth in the main document.
