This van belonged to my father. He drove it from California in 1975 and parked it on his property where it has sat all these years.
He never got a chance to refurbish it, but I believe there's tremendous value if you want to purchase it:
It has complete engine and drivetrain with no mileage added after 1975 (not started up either).
I recall Dad saying it has posi-traction. I think it's a 110 engine.
Probably minimal rust underneath since it was originally Calif and hardly driven while here in Utah.
As best I can tell, it has all parts, except a battery and a headlight.
It has side-load cargo doors on the right side and was used commercially before Dad bought it around 1972.
